Dear Parents and Carers,
Key Stage 2 have had a busy week—Tuesday saw Y5 and Y6 pupils head to Stokesley Cricket Club for a competition against other local schools. Mrs Cawthra and Mrs Theos were impressed with the determination and sportsmanship they witnessed. Then on Wednesday Y3 and Y4 pupils welcomed Mr Foggett from Yarm School who spent the morning hosting a Micro:Bit computing workshop. The children thoroughly enjoyed this and it was a brilliant enhancement to their computing lessons.
It’s the turn of Y3 and Y4 pupils to attend the cricket competition next Tuesday, please ensure to return your child’s permission slip if you haven’t done so already.
Don’t forget that next Monday 4th May is a Bank Holiday and schools are closed, we reopen for all children as normal on Tuesday 5th May.
