The NSPCC’s Speak out. Stay safe. programme is visiting our school to make sure our pupils have the knowledge and understanding they need to stay safe from abuse.

I’m pleased to tell you that we will be working with the NSPCC, the UK’s leading children’s charity, who’ll be delivering their Speak out. Stay safe. programme on Friday 26th January 2018.  This is a nationwide programme for every primary-school-aged child in the UK and Channel Islands. With the help of their friendly mascot Buddy, they’ll be presenting an assembly to the KS1 and another to the KS2 children in our school as well as a workshop for Years 5 and 6.

The children would like to  welcome you to both Carlton and Faceby and Bilsdale Midcable Chop Gate schools website.

We are two small, vibrant Church of England primary schools, located within the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors National Park. We work closely together to ensure a happy family atmosphere where the learning is exciting, the children are inspired and motivated to learn in a variety of dynamic ways and independence of thought is encouraged.

The children of both schools are continually adding to the website so  please enjoy sharing  their website  and celebrating with them their news and events as they happen.

If you would like to find out more about our schools, please arrange to come and visit us, the children would love to share their schools with you.
