I hope everyone had an enjoyable half term break—the children have returned with enthusiasm and have launched straight into their new learning topics. We’ve had a busy week for trips—on Tuesday our Y5/6 tag rugby team were in action at Stokesley School, a great time was had and our team came 2nd overall! Years 1 and 2 have also been on two visits this week—on Wednesday they visited Stokesley Library for an author workshop, and Thursday saw them travel to Preston Park Museum for a visit linked to their new history unit. We also welcomed a new(ish!) member of staff to school this week. Many of you will remember Mrs Howe from Little Owls and Class 1, she re-joined us this week as a teaching assistant working primarily in Class 1.
