Dear Parents and Carers,
I hope everyone had an enjoyable half term break—the children have settled back into school life brilliantly. This half term is a short one but it is packed with lots of fantastic learning and extra-curricular opportunities.
On Tuesday, children from Y3 and Y4 attended a dodgeball festival at Stokesley School—the children had a bril-liant time and Mrs Cawthra and Mr Body were very impressed with the children’s conduct at the event.
Don’t forget that next Thursday is World Book Day, children are welcome to come to school dressed as their favourite animal to align with our poetry theme, based on the National Trust poetry book ‘Tiger, Tiger, Burn-ing Bright’.
Today we also say goodbye to Hugo and Rupert as they move to a new school closer to their new home. We wish them lots of luck for the future.
With best wishes for a restful weekend,
Mr. M. Scott Executive Headteacher
